Shipping policy
We aim to process all orders within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends) and have tracking available within 10 working days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note tracking is only available if you have purchased a canvas, accessories or storage cases. All other items are untracked but proof of postage is available on request.
Orders may be subject to delays for a number of reasons such as COVID, customs clearance or high volumes at peak times such as Christmas. We will endeavour to inform you of any delays as soon as possible but cannot be held responsible for any late deliveries due to extenuating circumstances.
Delivery Methods
All orders for canvases will be shipped directly from our warehouse in China via courier unless they are from our imperfectly perfect or Tiny TOWTDA sections, whereby they will be shipped directly from Meg and Cathy in the UK.
Please note that multiple canvases may be shipped together in one box to help reduce shipping costs for the end customer. This was decided via a community poll.
If you require one canvas per box, please contact us directly before placing your order and we’ll see what we can do. Please note that this may incur additional shipping charges. Alternatively, we recommend placing one order per kit to ensure they are shipped separately.

All prices are inclusive of import duties and taxes so there should be nothing extra to pay.
Late Deliveries
Orders will be considered "late" once the 4 weeks have passed following tracking number issue (8 weeks for the EU). If your order is considered "late" the tracking will be checked and the parcel will either be deemed late due to extenuating circumstances, late due to TOWTA error or lost. For items shipped via Royal Mail, 10 working days past the expected delivery date must elapse before the parcel can be deemed as lost.

Appropriate action will be decided with the customer based upon where the parcel is and the estimated delivery date

Lost:
If the lost timescale has passed, the courier will be given 1 week to investigate the whereabouts. If the parcel is deemed lost by the courier the following week, the parcel will be re-issued free of charge. Free gift may be given at TOWTA discretion.
