Unlike our Dual-Rendered designs, which combine computer rendering with a human review and refinement process, Completely Hand-Charted designs are charted entirely by hand. Every drill placement and colour choice is individually considered by our charting team, giving them complete control over the finished chart and allowing the artwork to be carefully interpreted one drill at a time.

Completely Hand-Charted artwork takes time and each design joins our hand-charting queue. Because every artwork is different in size, detail and complexity, we don't give fixed completion dates. You can follow its progress on this page as it moves through the queue.

Yes! That's exactly what our Hand-Charting Queue above is for. You'll be able to see whether your artwork is waiting in the queue, currently being charted or has completed charting.

Once the chart is finished, your kit moves on to production and is made especially for you. Charting Complete doesn't mean your order has dispatched just yet, but it does mean the biggest part of its pre-order journey is complete. We'll send your usual order updates once your kit begins making its way to you.

If your order contains a Completely Hand-Charted Pre-Order alongside other items, your order will be sent together once your pre-order is ready. If you'd prefer to receive your other items sooner, we recommend placing your pre-order separately.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your pre-order, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll let you know what options are available. Any cancellation or refund will be handled in line with our usual terms and your applicable consumer rights.
