🌸 Lumi and The Enchanted Egg 🌸
By the light of early spring, where blossoms danced on the breeze…
In a hidden meadow at the edge of the Wishing Woods, lived a rare and gentle creature named Lumi — a baby bunny dragon with soft lavender fur, tiny wings that shimmered like moonlight, and ears that flopped when she giggled. Lumi was born under a rainbow moon, which meant she was a guardian of small wonders and gentle magic.
One sunny morning, as dew sparkled on flower petals and bees hummed lullabies to the blooms, Lumi spotted a twinkle in the tall grass. Curious as always, she wiggled her fluffy tail, flapped her little wings, and hopped toward the glow.
Nestled in a ring of forget-me-nots was a glowing egg, unlike any she’d ever seen. It shimmered with pastel swirls and tiny golden stars that floated just above its surface, like sleepy fireflies.
"A wishing egg!" Lumi whispered, her eyes wide. According to woodland legends, once every hundred springs, an enchanted egg would appear to someone pure of heart — someone who believed in kindness, giggles, and the magic of possibility.
She leaned in close. The egg pulsed warmly, as if it recognized her.
Suddenly, it cracked open — not with a loud break, but with a gentle chime, like a bell on the wind. Out came a tiny, sparkly creature with butterfly wings, big sleepy eyes, and a crown made of petals.
“I am Petaline, keeper of springtime dreams,” the creature said, yawning a sparkly yawn. “You found the Enchanted Egg, and now you may make a wish.”
Lumi thought hard. She didn’t want toys or treasure or even extra marshmallows (though she really loved those). At last, she smiled and said, “I wish for every creature to feel loved and find a bit of magic in their day.”
Petaline beamed. “A true wish,” she said. With a flutter of her wings, she soared into the sky, leaving behind trails of glitter and blossoms. From that day on, every spring in the Wishing Woods grew just a little bit more magical.
And Lumi? She became a legend of her own — the sweet little bunny dragon who wished love and light into the world.
